Student Financial Services Representatives 

As Student Financial Services Representative’s (SFSR’s), students are trained to open new accounts and perform financial transactions, while providing excellent customer service. Students are expected to be on time for their shifts and prepared to accommodate the needs of all TCFCU members. SFSR’s demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality while handling not only large amounts of money, but also member information and credit union property.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Clocking in/out
  • Performing transactions
  • Counting vault
  • Balancing ATM/branch
  • Cleaning/keeping organized
  • Maintaining certifications
